　　How can we make a quick and effective stop to these unimaginable calamities? Some people claim that severe punishment，even the extreme penalty，will work effectively，since people seem to learn more from the similar bitter cases having previously happened;others believe that more importance should be attached to education，and civilized driving should be advocated among people.These suggestions do make sense and are actually in effect in many nations at present.

　　In my opinion，the most important is the self-consciousness about the potential dangers to life drunken driving may cause.Only when one is aware that his life is being threatened，would he try to avoid doing so for self-protection.

　　In comparison with the text message usage.mobile QQ is much cheaper.Users are only charged by the total network flows.As to micromessage.users can send free text messages.What’s more.this mobile instant messaging technology also brings more convenience.With these mobile services，users do not need to type on the desktop computer or laptop.In consequence，without worrying about the cell phone fees， users are able to enjoy the pleasure of instant chatting almost everywhere.

　　However，mobile instant messaging services should not be embraced wholly with open arms.When mobile QQ softwares are downloaded to cell phones，they can create a serious security breach，for crackers may plant virus in the program.
