　　There is a phenomenon that many students are stricted with their parents in studying. As we all known, many parents are excepts stop their child from doing some things, such as sufering the net, playing games with friends and so on. Some students are requested to study day and night. It makes many students annoyed with the strees.

　　I find it important for us to reduce excessive strees, because it is excessive strees that makes students neverous and negative. First, we can listen music or watch movies. Second, riding a bike is not bad,which can not only enjoy the great scenery, but also relax our-selves to forget sorrow. Besides, it is necessary for us to communicate with our parents in daily life.
